Agents being strange?

Has anyone had a bizarre problem with agents being odd and hanging up on you? I referred to as about a problem with someone making an attempt to vary the telephone quantity on my account and I received hung up on whilst talking about the problem. The same occurred after I referred to as back the 2nd time. The third time I asked the agent “why do you retain hanging up on me”, they usually stored hanging up again? I genuinely felt like I was being pranked. I rang back after eight occasions and eventually an agent spoke to me and stated someone tried to log into my account from Paris immediately, which wasn’t me (I’m from the UK). I simply need to resolve this and delete my account, I informed the agent to delete my particulars and he stated I’m getting a name back shortly, I haven’t heard back. I’m starting to really feel actually wary about this platform
