question about Binance payment options

I just joined Binance and I'm a bit overwhelmed. I've a number of beginner questions and would really respect your help:

1. Sending Cash to a Pal: How do I switch funds directly to a pal’s account? What is the greatest/safest strategy to do it inside the app?
2. International Transfers: My pal lives in a special nation. Are there any additional fees, restrictions, or blocks for cross-border transfers on Binance?
3. Redeeming a Present Card: I have a Binance Present Card. How exactly do I deposit/declare it into my account?
4. No Credit score Card: Can I do transfers, obtain, or ship money without linking my personal visa/bank card to the app?
5. Verification & Additional Steps: Apart from id verification (KYC), is there anything I have to activate (like 2FA) to be allowed to transfer? Additionally, any quick recommendations on the way to cross the verification easily?
