My account is temporarily restricted

My account is briefly suspended for withdrawals [RW00218]

I've been using Binance for the previous few years, every part was very clean until lately. I was suspended from withdrawing and acquired a face confirmation request from Binance.

Then I received the message:

Your account is in a state of restricted withdrawal

Any help guys it been extra then 72 hours
