I need help with Crypto.com. Please help me.

I fell for a phishing email. It said there was a session started on my account and right as I went to click the link to check activity I realized I should have gone through the app. Now I am stuck in a loop. I locked my account and now I am in trouble. I keep trying to get a chat going, but the live chat has not responded to me in an hour and I tried three times and the chats just disappear. The sms code will not send to my number and I cannot change the number. I cannot unlock my account or contact support I am being completely ignored. I need to get in and pull my bank account information off and close my account. This is completely unacceptable and I am being completely ignored and cannot get support. I don’t know what to do and I may have lost some money to a company simply not caring and having support.
