Help w/adoption for business

So I just open a coffe shop for runners, I’m a hodlr and I want to accept bitcoin as form of payment where do start how do I convert in real time the price of my client orders to BTC, is there an app I can use to keep tab of my income like:

02/03/2026 1 coffe $1.5dlls=.xxxxbtc

Or any suggestion how can I keep tabs on BTC transactions like this so at the end of the month I can reconcile my inventory and sales ? Also I want it to go directly to a cold wallet

Any suggestion? Should I have a device exclusively to do this and at the end of the day have it send to cold wallet? Is it too much hassle? Is there an easier way?
