Binance TH a fraud?

I verified my kyc one yr in the past, i stored funds there, they asked docs(despatched me e-mail after 10 days) informed me it'll take 7 working days to verify kyc now they're telling me after the grace interval that it'll take more 9 days? Isn’t this company fraud, i feel so dangerous as i waited. Private drawback and day by day dwelling aside. (Ps: i did multiples surgical procedure in a single week)
