Binance, I am desperate

Hello, good afternoon this can be a kinda desperate state of affairs for me, I have an open case in binance.
The issue is that I’ve been ready 24h for a solution, from the technical workforce. But I acquired no answer.
I really needed this cash, I know is little cash but for me just isn't that little, so, someone please assist me.
Any assist could be very appreciated and helpful, I simply need my 40 dollars again, so if someone knows someone that would help me, So if someone knows something about this tipe of conditions in the crypto world please reach out to me. I don’t even understand how this occurred. I need help from binance.
