Looking for a legit way to buy small amounts of crypto in the EU without ID or selfie verification. I'm not planning to trade or invest, just buy some crypto and transfer it to my own wallet.
I'm mainly considering ETH or Monero. I'd like to pay in EUR and avoid services where fees or exchange-rate markups eat up a big part of a small purchase. Being able to withdraw to my own wallet is a must.
